Changeover day

• Rental is from Saturday to Saturday.
• Guests depart before 10.00 on a Saturday, which allows time for a full inventory check before new guests arrive after 16.00 on a Saturday. The property must be left clean as found. A charge will be made for cleaning the property if it is left otherwise.

Deposits

• A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking.
• The balance is to be paid eight weeks prior to the holiday.
• A €200 security deposit is required; it is returned one week after departure.

Optional services

• The rental price includes heating and lighting.
• Towels, bed-linen and tea towels can be provided at a cost of 40 euros.
• Wood for the wood stove during Autumn and Winter breaks can be provided at 45 euros per cubic metre.

Restrictions

• Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• We regret that we cannot accept pets.
• We regret no children under the age of 12
